Through friendly service, local knowledge and attention to the details that matter, our team works together to deliver a relaxed and enjoyable experience for every guest.
How long have you been with the hotel?: I’ve been part of the hotel since it was built in December 2014, and it’s been an incredible journey to help shape it from day one. Providing consistent leadership and maintaining a strong commitment to excellence has always been at the heart of what I do.
Having lived on the Central Coast for 21 years, I bring extensive local knowledge and a genuine connection to the community. As a proud coast local, I truly value our stunning location overlooking Tuggerah Lakes, and I love showcasing everything this beautiful region has to offer our guests.
What do you enjoy most about your role? What I enjoy most about my role is working alongside our exceptional team and welcoming so many returning guests who feel like part of our extended hotel family. Creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere is incredibly important to me, and I’m grateful to be supported by long-term team members who share the same passion for outstanding service.

Take the Fantasea ferry from Ettalong to Palm Beach for a relaxing lunch by the water

How long have you lived there. What’s your top 3 tips for local experiences a guest might enjoy?
I am a long-time Central Coast local and love sharing the area with our guests. My top three local experiences I recommend are:
A sunset walk along the Long Jetty foreshore
A coastal walk around Norah Head Lighthouse
Breakfast and coffee at The Green Tangerine
Fun Fact – What do you enjoy doing most when not working? When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active through cycling and hiking, and I love travelling whenever I get the chance.
How long have you been with the hotel?: 11 years
What do you enjoy most about your role? I enjoy working in a dedicated and respectful small team that shares large collective experience. We are able to achieve new challenges and goals set each year and are able to push what is expected from our hotel. For my role, I enjoy auditing the hotel in peaceful nights whilst watching over and protecting our hotel from 11pm to 7am.
How long have you lived there. What’s your top 3 tips for local experiences a guest might enjoy? I have lived on the central coast for 26 years. The Central Coast offers great beaches, my favourite being Catherine Hill Bay, but the most private being Budgewoi, and the most popular being The Entrance where I work. Terrigal offers the best place for Dinner on the Coast with the nicest views for weekend getaways. And the Australian Reptile Park is the most famous attraction in the area, but the Central Coast Zoo offers animals such as Camels and Lions.
Fun Fact – What do you enjoy doing most when not working? I enjoy family, gaming, poker and research.
